  1. I notice that all the Panama birds you’ve shown are here in Florida too!! Someone told me once in Panama they have golden frogs and square trees. Guess I have to travel to see those. Did you?

    • I have never been to Florida – I always wanted to paddle the Everglades Wilderness Waterway! Some day, some day!! 🙂 But I can imagine, that the birdlife is similar – and yes, you should travel to Panama!! It is very beautiful and apart from birds, they also have a lot of sloths and howler monkeys and and and – so I am sure you would see new stuff! 😉 I don’t know about golden frogs and square trees though… 😛

      • Ouu sloths…cool. You’d enjoy the Evergades and my favourite Big Cypress Swamp. But, when I look at bird pictures from other parts of the world, I’d love to be there too. When I went to the Dry Tortugas I’d hopes of a blue-footed booby but settled for magnificent frigate birds….not up close though.
