The Keoladeo National Park close to Bharatpur in easternmost Rajasthan is a true bird paradise as you have seen already from the photos in my last post. Here you can see some of its inhabitants in moving pictures – I hope you like the video (watch it in high resolution)! In the order of their appearance, you will see: a family of Sarus Cranes, a female Nilgai Antelope, Painted Storks, a Purple Heron, Grey Herons, a Grey-headed Swamphen, a Black-crowned Night Heron, more Painted Storks, Common Moorhens, an Oriental Darter, more Grey-headed Swamphens, Blue-tailed Bee-eaters, a single Green Bee-eater, cormorants and another darter, an assemblage of Black-headed Ibises, Eurasian Spoonbills and an Intermediate Egret, a lazy Indian Jackal, a Bay-backed Shrike, a hunting Indian Pond Heron, a Striated Heron, Spotted Deer crossing the path, a young monitor lizard, Asian Openbills, Eurasian Spoonbills, still more Painted Storks, and finally a large turtle waving good-bye.

I took all clips with my Canon 60D and Sigma 120-400 mm lens. Later on, I did some poor amateur editing with Adobe After Effects.
