Zacatecas, Mexico:

After spending several days in the Sierra de Catorce, we drove a bit further into northeastern Zacatecas.

The countryside of northeastern Mexico was just as beautiful as in the Sierra de Catorce. We drove through pleasant forests and vast open countryside covered by cacti. Occasionally, the mountainous landscape offered wide and dramatic vistas. Before returning back to San Luis Potosi, we visited another must-see sight in Mexico: a traditional mezcal factory!

I reached San Luis Potosi in the afternoon and directly hopped onto a bus which brought me to Mexico City.
