After getting our inner line permits in the morning, we left Shimla (~2200 m) around 1 pm and reached Sarahan (~2300 m) around sunset at 6:30 pm (for more on the trip click here). The ca. 160 km long journey followed the Sutlej River up-stream into the mountains. Throughout the day, the landscape became more and more rugged, but the vegetation remained dense.
I took the clips with a GoPro Hero 4 Black and did some simple editing using GoPro Studio.
Lovely video. I didn’t enjoy the views when it was shot from the right side though!
