The road from Nako (~3600 m) to Tabo (~3300 m) in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh is considered to be among the world’s most treacherous. Steep slopes towards the valley floor, overhanging cliffs, and rock falls are potential dangers as you will see in the video below. I hope you enjoy it!

I am sure glad I took this road on the video and not in person. Lovely views, and fun to see the natives, but egad, some of those blind corners on such steep cliffsides would be harrowing in a car. I’ve enjoyed this journey, Matthias.
